Progressive Democrats of Colorado (PDC) became an initiative of the Colorado Democratic Party in August 2005.

We are a diverse mix of progressive advocates promoting policies that embrace progressive, sustainable, and prevention-oriented solutions.

As Democrats working inside the Party, our mission is to strengthen and expand the Colorado Democratic Party by providing a voice for progressive ideas and policies.

We accomplish this via educational campaigns, events, and forums designed to inspire dialogue. We also reach out to like-minded independents outside the party, encouraging them to become part of the solution.
