✅ YES on Amendment 87: Income Tax Fairness Act: cuts income tax for 97% of Coloradans, asks a little more from the wealthiest to pay for education, child care, & healthcare for a strong Colorado future.
✅ YES on Proposition NN: K-12 Education Funding, without raising taxes.
✅ YES on 7A: Create Front Range Corridor train service from Pueblo to Fort Collins.

❌ NO on Amendment 81: An Advance Colorado measure* that would force local officers to report to ICE.
❌ NO on Amendment 82: An Advance Colorado measure* that would give constitutional exemptions to fossil fuel companies, making the "right to sell" = their right to pollute.
👎Concerns on Amendment 83 -- An Advance Colorado measure* that would limit our ability to protect wildlife in ways beyond hunting & fishing. While the Party has no official position, local advocates point out that it is vague & misleading.
❌ NO on Amendment 84: An Advance Colorado measure* that would make Colorado's ballots less secure, and could make eligible voters' ballots get rejected.
❌ NO on Amendment 85: An Advance Colorado measure* that would remove the tax-impact chart from your ballot, leaving you with less information about how ballot measures will affect your finances.
❌ NO on Amendment 86: An Advance Colorado measure* that would freeze Colorado's Congressional maps through 2030, even as other states rig theirs.
❌ NO on Proposition 132: An Advance Colorado measure* that would expand the failed war on drugs and result in more deaths.
👎Concerns on Proposition 133 -- vague & misleading: Could be used to block access to abortion care, or prosecute victims of trafficking. While the Party has no official position, local advocates point out that it is vague & misleading.
❌ NO on Propositions 134 & 135: Both are politically motivated attacks on families & physicians. 134 & 135 are designed to distract & divide us by scapegoating vulnerable children.
❌ NO on Proposition 136: An Advance Colorado measure* that exists only to make the rich richer. It could block Amendment 87, forcing even more drastic service cuts.
❌ NO on Proposition 137: Well-meaning, but in lower revenue years, this could force even bigger cuts in education, healthcare, and more.
*Advance Colorado is a dark-money group using misleading ballot language to get around the legislature and achieve unpopular conservative goals.
