COUNTY ASSEMBLY on MARCH 7, 2026


You are receiving this OFFICIAL CALL because you have been seated as a  Delegate to the ACDP County Assembly.  

Please use all the information below to prepare yourself for the March 7, 2026 Assembly.


The ASSEMBLY will take place:

Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026

Time: 11 am - Check in begins in the Lobby

12 noon - Gavel (start of assembly) in the Auditorium

Place: Hinkley High School

1250 Chambers Road, Aurora, CO 80011

Use the main entrance near the ramp.

12:00 - 2:00 All County Delegates designate Countywide offices and 

elect State Delegates

2:05 - 2:50  Congressional District Breakouts

2:55 - 3:25 House District Breakouts

3:30 - 4:10 County Commissioner District Breakouts**

4:15 - 4:35 Senate District Breakouts**

4:35 - 5:00 Clean up & Paperwork (Candidates & District Chairs)

Due to a new voting system, a Delegate to County Assembly who cannot attend County Assembly in person may successfully grant a proxy by doing all of the following. IMPORTANT - The Delegate who cannot attend:

What to bring with you:


Security and what not to bring: So that all delegates can express their preferences timely and safely, the ACDP will have security measures in place including limits on what you may bring into the building. Read this ahead of time: ACDP Security Measures for March 7, 2026 County Assembly. It may be updated before the final CALL goes out on Wednesday, March 4.


Rules: ACDP has a set of rules to guide the Assembly process called the Permanent Organization Report, which will be voted on by the County Delegates. Read it ahead of time here: 2026 Permanent Organization Report of the Arapahoe County Assembly.


Voting: There will be two voting methods used:


The links will be provided for you to enter into your phone, tablet, or computer. You will enter your personal information and your votes, then you will submit the form. ACDP volunteers will be available to help if needed.

Voice Vote: The presiding officers may call for a voice vote when appropriate.
