The County Delegates will receive their OFFICIAL CALL by email after they are confirmed to have been elected at Caucus.

You are receiving this PROVISIONAL CALL because you signed up to attend Caucus and indicated you may run to be a Delegate to the ACDP County Assembly.
DELEGATE ELECTION
County Delegates will be considered official on Wednesday, March 4, after all of the following are confirmed:
That the County Delegate met all eligibility criteria for the ACDP Caucus on March 3, as listed on the Caucus Sign Up Form,
That the County Delegate attended the Caucus, or had been granted an attendance waiver before the Caucus,
That the County Delegate was elected at the ACDP Caucus on March 3.
On Wednesday afternoon, March 4, an ACDP official will email the OFFICIAL CALL to all properly elected County Delegates. On Thursday, March 5, ACDP will post the names of all properly elected County Delegates here.
Please use all the information below to prepare yourself for the March 7, 2026 Assembly in the event that you are confirmed as a County Assembly Delegate.
The ASSEMBLY will take place:
Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026
Time: 11 am - Check in begins in the Lobby
12 noon - Gavel (start of assembly) in the Auditorium

PROXIES - NEW
Due to a new voting system, a Delegate to County Assembly who cannot attend County Assembly in person may successfully grant a proxy by doing all of the following. The Delegate who cannot attend:
Must find an Arapahoe County Democrat, preferably from their house district, to carry their proxy. Each person may only carry one proxy.
Must complete the official PROXY ASSIGNMENT FORM. A LINK will be published here on March 4, and included in the Official CALL.
May direct how to vote, including:
Sign me up to run as a Delegate to the following assemblies _____. NEW: There are NO PRE-PRINTED BALLOTS at County Assembly. All Delegates must sign up AT County Assembly to run as a Delegate to future assemblies including to State Assembly.
Vote for the following candidate for _____ district. Find all candidates running at County Assembly here.
Must email their proxy carrier directly with:

The email that the Delegate who cannot attend used to sign up for caucus. NEW: the proxy carrier must enter that email correctly or the proxy vote will not be counted.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
What to bring with you:
Your ID to match your name to your delegate registration
A refillable water bottle and any snacks you may want for the afternoon.
At least one smartphone, tablet, or laptop for voting. (The school has guest wifi.)
A charger or other backup power supply for your chosen device(s)
Security and what not to bring: So that all delegates can express their preferences timely and safely, the ACDP will have security measures in place including limits on what you may bring into the building. Rules: ACDP has a set of rules to guide the Assembly process called the Permanent Organization Report, which will be voted on by the County Delegates. Read it ahead of time here: 2026 Permanent Organization Report of the Arapahoe County Assembly.
Voting: There will be two voting methods used:
Electronic ballots: Electronic ballots will be used for most votes and are a secure, verifiable voting method.
The links will be provided for you to enter into your phone, tablet, or computer. You will enter your personal information and your votes, then you will submit the form. ACDP volunteers will be available to help if needed.
Voice Vote: The presiding officers may call for a voice vote when appropriate.
